Welcome to Casa 20!
Your luxury holiday home, with plenty of space for up to 6 people, is
situated right on Nuevo Portil’s prestigious 18-hole golf course.
It is part of a small development of similar houses that overlook the
4th fairway. It is so special that our next door neighbour’s
house (identical to ours) was featured in the April 2006 issue of
“A Place in the Sun”.
Casa 20 is our holiday home, too, so everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday is provided.
Your spacious lounge has 2 large
sofas arranged opposite the open fireplace and entertainment centre
with widescreen satellite TV and DVD player. A selection of DVDs, CDs, games and books are
available for your enjoyment.
From here, wide sliding doors
lead onto a large south-facing patio area furnished with table and chairs and sun
loungers, overlooking the landscaped gardens and pool. Ideal for
outdoor drinks and meals on warm, balmy evenings or just relaxing in
the sun!

Your dining area seats 6 comfortably around a glass topped table with intimate lighting.
Your master bedroom has a luxurious double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and a complete en-suite bathroom.
Double doors lead to a large
private balcony, with fantastic views of the pool and landscaped
gardens – and the 4th fairway!
The second bedroom has comfortable twin beds and again plenty of wardrobe space. The family bathroom with shower cubicle is next to it.
The huge top bedroom, again with comfortable twin beds, looks out over a private balcony with sun loungers and panoramic views.
A short walk from your holiday home takes you to the fabulous unspoilt beaches at Nuevo Portil.
